Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items

How to Initiate a Return

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
