At Auralisse Wellness, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

We currently ship within South Africa only. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Delivery: 8–11 business days
• Express Delivery: 5″8 business days (where available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or high-demand periods.

Shipping Rates

• Free Shipping on all orders over R1000
• Flat Rate Shipping of R89 on orders under R1000

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order on our Track Order page.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us via our Contact page and we will investigate immediately.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Auralisse Wellness is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
